Yuva Tourism Club MIZORAM University Wins 2nd Prize for Best Yuva Tourism Club Award on World Tourism Day

MIZORAM, September 27, 2023 – On the auspicious occasion of World Tourism Day, celebrated globally on September 27th, 2023, the Tourism Department of the Government of Mizoram proudly awarded the Yuva Tourism Club of MIZORAM University the prestigious 2 nd Prize for the Best Yuva Tourism Club. This esteemed recognition is a testament to the club's unwavering commitment to promoting responsible and sustainable tourism while fostering a deep appreciation for the rich cultural and natural heritage of Mizoram.

 Out of more than 200 participating clubs, the Yuva Tourism Club MIZORAM University stood out for its exceptional dedication and impressive array of activities conducted between 2021 and 2023. The Tourism Department evaluated the clubs based on their innovative and impactful initiatives in the realm of tourism promotion and environmental conservation.
